Academic Requirements
The Information You Need
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Successfully complete Unit I & Unit II SC Real Estate License Courses from an accredited South Carolina Real Estate School (Unit I 60 hours, Unit II 30 hours)
Apply for the South Carolina Real Estate Exam through LLR. Pass the National and South Carolina State portion of the real estate license exam issued by PSI.
